T135 Big Carb Jettings/Tuning

Hi all,

Currently im trying to tune my T135, but seems can't get the right settings/jettings.

What is the appropriate jettings?

On idle, when im trying to rev from low rpm it will bog, mid to high rpm its fine. Starting the bike in morning its easy but when moving off it will be very very difficult, i need to play with the throttle to get the bike going, if the engine is hot it is fine. Btw, i have a little black smoke coming out from the exhaust. I think it is too rich right?

Im using Keihin PE 28mm with aftermarket exhaust (Yoshimura)

-Main Jet 118
-Pilot Jet 38

try using 100mj 35pj. overfeed. try to use stock carb and you remove the airbox.

u mean use stock carb with 100mj 35pj? or 100mj 35pj with keihin pe 28mm? thx..

Yeah i had browse through the thread but seems cant find any. Most of it with big bore cylinder.
