In my aréa we can have 35° in the summer but not long time .
We have in average beetween 20 and 30° in summer.

You says shaved off from the cylinder but the problem is with all motors there is differences beetween the machining from them .
That can be better if we speak from the measure from the high from the piston to the cylinder .
Example :
My oem r125 block goes to the same high than the cylinder .
My vixion piston goes 0.35mm lowest than the high from my cylinder .
If I shaved 0.5mm from my oem r125 block I gone crash them (collision) , if i take off the lower gasket from the vixion block my piston goes 0.05mm higher than the cylinder .
I want to test my vixion block with the piston on the same high than the cylinder .
Thickness from the head gasket for information = 0.4mm
