I used to use a pair of Katoh forks. But changed it back to a stock (revalved and reworked) stock forks instead. Which worked much better round a track.

I too, have got a new pair of GAzi that I haven't get around to testing it yet.

Travel and length both shorter then the stock forks. So the front end will be lower. However, height (normally—unless you're referring to the first pix, whereby he had a bush added to make the fork taller) couldn't be adjusted due to the nature of inverted forks in an underbone.

Cheers.

oh i see..

im planning to get GAZI shocks to replace stock shock of yamaha t135.
i always travel on rough roads with lots of holes in the road,
i want a front shock thats inverted but with longer or equivalent travel with
the stock shock.

is there any other brand or model with inverted shock with same or better play than the stock?

I'm pretty darn sure that inverted forks made specially for a T135 doesn't come in the longer variaty because by default, the front end is too tall for proper handling, hence aftermaket makers made theirs shorter to improve the handling.

You should look into aftermarket forks for other model of bikes, whereby they made aftermarket cyclecross-type forks. They're much longer.

But IMHO, I really don't think you should make the front end taller. The handling of the bike will be drastically affected. If you must, raise the rear also. So that overally your bike is taller to take the bumps and yet handling remains at a reasonable level. Just like those cyclecrosss converted bikes. I think you can see a few of those at the T135 main page or mocyc if Im not wrong..

Cheers

They're supposingly stiffer and more rigid cos of the bigger diameter fork tube that are being held in place by the triple clamp (as in a sportsbike). But in a moped, I really doubt the enhancement bit due to it being inverted in design.

This is because as you can see, the bigger inverted tube starts AFTER the triple clamp. So it actually offers very little help in the rigidity department. The triple clamp still is clamping onto a fork tube of a skinny 26mm in diameter.

Probably the damping and rebound action is better (depends on maker of forks) compared to a stocker. But that can be easily achieved by having the stock forks revalved by some tuner who's in the know of suspension business. And not forgetting to mention, throw in a fork brace! It helps quite abit!

One more point to note is that the Gazi forks comes with an adjuster for pre-load. But my tuner tested it today, and felt that the Katoh forks are better in its damping/ rebound actions. Of course, the Gazi looks more trickzxsED!

My $0.002.

Just sold my Gazi. the first pix you posted is a Katoh forks. My other pc (where most of my photos are) is down. So I'll post when I have the time to geddit repaired dude!

And yours? Any piccy of it? :)

Gazi version need some 'addition' because the length is not long enough, upside down from WP (white power - thailand) come with exellent length and result

That's because they(shops) used a fork for some other bike model to pass off as T135's. Hence too short and the need for all the 'addition' needed.

Gazi don't mass produce inverted forks for T135. Only upon order. And they cost like 30% more then the usual stuff. So the proper-length stuff not easily available, especially at the Thailand domestic market.

WP? Imitation or real WP? Or are they produced under licence from WP? They'll have cost a bomb if they're the real McCoys!

hye guys.. I've found some of these fork ( like gazi one ). I'e buy it for RM 300 from spareparts. The guy who selling it says this material is imported from thailand. Its for LC use of course. The main problem is i forgot to buy the mudgard clip ( what do you call it ar?? ) Because the inverted fork doesnt have any clip to connect the mudgard. So, i need to know what that thing is called.. huhuhu.. please someone...

You guys! You know more about the parts and materials in Thailand than I do! I live here but then again, like I said before, I don't travel to Bkk. Very rarely. I am planning a road trip in march though to find some cool stuff so if anybody is in town, PM me and we can hook up, show you my ride and go shopping together. Cheers.
