just wanna share my engine mod on a stock bore.
shave block 1mm,preferably by a good machinist para iwas leak.
vixion camshaft
valve springs
port and polish head
alluminum air filter
remove ais
15t x 37t sprocket combi
open pipe
pros
far way better sa stock
better gas mileage due to high comp
easy start up
120kph is easy for a 190lbs rider
longer 2ng gear can reach up to 80kph
power on 4th gear
no overheating issues

????....ayaw ko n nga share!!!...he he wala po kyong makikita na tinda na head ng sniper na nka raider valves kung hndi possible e2ng mod na e2...
nagawa n nmin e2 at may hardening process p sa dulo ng valves...
sa raider nga po stock valves ng 250cc na big bike ang ginagamit nmin sa pag big valves...kung magaling lng kyo mag hanap may mga valves na preho ang bilog ng stem as sa underbone sa haba na lng nagkaka talo...use a caliper to measure..
....hndi po pipichugin mekaniko nmin d2....kung cno po nkakakilala kay RC FLORES na rider sa sonicboom series..tanong nyo na lng po kng cno nagturo lhat ng nalalaman nya about sa raider....the best talaga na mechanic....hndi po ako yun he he..the name is RYAN A.

sa gsto po mag high comp..kahit d nyo na po shave yun block nyo...safe mods po e2 ZERO gasket between the block and crankcase..
at ZERO gasket between block and cylinder head..no shaving needed pra safe
and use 3bond gasket maker only...napakadali ng mga mods n na share ko d2...kso may tipong ngagalit p sometimes...

Sige ba... One reason why we opt to go for R150 valves is because the stem is short, meaning we can go for supeeer hi-lift cams without worrying kung mag uuntugan yung In at Ex, kung sakali man pwede parin natin bawasan ang diameter ng valves provided na hindi aabutin yung pag uupuan ng valve seats (parang Mio Cam 3 modification style, paki research nalang po guys)... 2nd, pag nasira, its easy to get a hold of, walang problema sa supply unless you want non-magnetic valves (Precision pwede pasadya or order sa Indo)... Yung paglalagay ng 220 shim, I have to give it to Bong, siya ang nag share nito although I did it before using different size ng shim kaso di ko naperfect so I used 220... Totornohin lang yung retainers (Hi Speed style) para di tumalon... Pinaka advantage nito is walang limit sa Cam na gagamitin... May mga taga Pampanga dito na ganito ang set dati ewan ko lang ngayon kung buhay pa yung set up kasi alam ko naibenta na ata...thopiang said:

paano yan malalagay sa sniper paps? after ng valve cotter lock is wala nang nag hohold,
mismo yung screw valve adjuster na lang, right?
ano mag hohold ng shim?

Shim 220 ang gagamitin bro... Yung inuupuan ng Valve Cotters di ba maliit yun kaya pasok siya sa loob tapos may mas malaking bilog pa bago yung surface ng Valve Cotter sa itaas... Yung mas malaking bilog yung totornohin para umupo ng maayos yung shim... Iipitin yun ng tapet screw kaya hindi siya tatalon pero dapat 0/0 clearance wag lang tutulak sa valves para umangat sa seat or skin dati .005 (stock is .0010 In at .0014 Ex) straight In/Ex... Pwede, mapapa-ubra pero hanap ka mahabang tapet screw or sagad mo sa baba yung tapet pero sirain bro... Napupudpod yung valve tip at hindi consistent ang taoet adjustment palagi dahil lumulubog yung valve tip at umiigkas so hindi sentro ang tulak ng rocker arm sa valves kasi tinatamaan yung retainers eh... Shim is the best talaga... Simple lang naman yun, di ba makapal yung shim 220? totornohin lang yung retainers para makapason ng husto yung shim, yun lang ok na yun...thopiang said:
