Just a reminder a friend and a co-worker tells me that a new ordinance has been approved in bacoor , cavite.. motorcycle with LOUD PIPE or OPEN PIPE will apprehended..and would you believe that the first offense is 2,500.. i'll upload the copy of the said ordinance once my friend gave it to me.. ride safe to all..

2500? LACOSTE is around be careful pap's :( what about those rider who just only pass the road because there is no other way to the place where they are heading? :(

I Guess this is better also to report to MRO for proper action, I guess this is too much btw on my place it is 1500 if LTO got you on the spot..

based on my experience "iba yung lacoste sa bacoor, police ang LACOSTE dun" not the traffic enforcers "kasi takot din mga enforcers dun" and I think it is okay to use loud pipe if you are not living in town proper. And, if you only passing to Aguinaldo hi-way..."alam ko ligtas/lusot p din...di nmn sila makakahabol sa snipe nten dame pwede suotan in case habulin nila tyo...:p"

dis law is very unprofitable, pls LTO OFIS make a useful law not like dis.. look for the heavy smoke velcher vehicle, make some good law for God sake..

Di naman nakakasama sa katawan natin yung tunog ng motorsiklo... pero kung maitim na usok ay tiyak na patay tayo diyan...

-malamang tantya-meter gamit nila...once n maingay huli agad...hahahaha...

masmaganda p if gagawa sila ng batas para s mga magnanakaw ng motor sa Bacoor...:rolleyes:

Oo nga Paps, dapat may Noise Meter sila. Hindi yung Patantya tantya lang. Madalas kasi porke naka aftermarket exhaust sasabihin maingay na raw.

on android application there is a tool for DB meter, the question is, do they know how to use it properly? afaik there is a certain distance and angle on how to meter your DB :) imho..

we need a copy of that docs pap's where in national/main road should not covered by city ordinances, you know how LACOSTE eat those who didn't know to what they called "BUTAS" este "BATAS" :D

Yup! You're completely right paps. I did read the ordinance again and it was mentioned not to exceed more than 60db, BUT they should also include the specific distance/Angle/radius on which they will measure the sound.
