Uma Racing Digital Meter

Just install my new digital meter on my mx.. upon installing the gauge. i notice from the wiring installation instruction noted that the brown,white /RPM wire suggest that it must connect from the orange wire (cdi socket, ignition coil wire).. this is wrong. nothing happen when you follow this..instead connect the brown,white RPM wire from the gauge to the white wire of CDI socket. i hope it will help.:)

try tapping the brown/white uma Speedo wire to the white wire beside the orange wire on the cdi.

Hey guys.. I wana ask.. the meter rpm.. is it shows the proper reading or not? Anyone had try to wire up on the negative side of the plug coil?.. thanks.
