upgrade block

helo people.im new here.and i need some help.i want to upgrade my block but i dont know what else i should do to get the maximum power of the block.im now using a kihin carb at 28mm,a yoshimura trioval pipe and an oem fast throttle.the rest of my bike is stock.even my cdi is stock.pls help me.i dont know what i should do.

block vixion kit 57mm diasil
steelbore:
cmr 61mm


+ rcdi+r valve spring+rcams= run and roll

commonly used and tested:
vixion valve spring^^
yypang (satisfied user here) but much better vixion valve spring^^

cdi:
rextor and brt

cams:
faito (satisfied user here)
pan asean
kawahara
yypang
uma
lhk
etc....

my lower engine still stock...
21th teeth at 4th gear or tranny set... AFAIK

go for the 13T/31T for gear 1, 21T for gear 4. gear 2 and gear 3 are stock.
