hi guys would like to know if any.one have tried changing to racing valve spring and racing cam with racing cdi.NO other mods except that.Want to know whats the performance will be,as my mech advice me to change the block, piston and carb 1st before doing the valve spring and cam.as there is not enough compression if i do the valve spring and cam 1st.so whats your opinion?

ohya is there any good brand reed valve?

hi bro

i change the ff
Valve Spring and Racing CDI
results is good performance, increase in speed
and increase in maximum rpm.

changing valve spring dont need to change carb, block, piston.

change of aftermarket cdi will remove your cdi rev limiter
change of valve spring will increase your rpm from stock 9200rpm to above 10500rpm

valve spring and aftermarket cdi works fine with stock blocks, stock carbs.
based from experienced.

@deathkiller : replace the racing cdi with stock first.. if all goes normal.. then ur racing CDi timing is not suitable to ur engine needs.. time for programmable CDI ... :)

EDIT : what is the racing CDI type.. is it adjustable ?

Care to give out what has been done to your engine more?? 4th gear has no speed increment? Sprockets maybe??? It is well known that these 135 4th gear ratio is too tall.........

Valve springs?? Is it a trusted aftermarket brand??? Stiffer isnt always better. As for me racing valve spring is a must only if you intend to rev your machine more than 11000 rpm

Why change of clutch system?? Running a full modified engine??You running drag machine?? Changing to racing types doesnt guarantee top speed performance.

Race cam+race valve spring+race cdi is a good top speed setup if you know how to properly tune it.

Anyway just my 2cents opinion........

When running a full modified engine, a good clutch system does help. Here in Malaysia its hard to find quality aftermarket(racing) types of clutch parts. As for me running original clutch pads and a stiffer spring is enough though, no need clutch pads

the bike feeling is only can type in malay.sekat2 or bobok when i try to move off.Wats the problem.my intention changing this stuff so i can ride at expressway at more comfortable speed.Thats the reason i dont want to upgrade block, piston and carb.no intention for racing.just need smoother bike and abit more power.ohya my mech did change the pinjet to 22.5

I just suspect tt the pin is the 1 causing the bobok feeling

Go to your mechanic and ask him to reset the carb. Check your sprk plug, cam timing.

Try change to your original cdi back and test again.

malay guys

what is bobok?

@king
theres a reed valve in T135
its the AIS, look at the top of your cylinder head
where theres a small hose. inside it is the reedvalve.

if u running on a stock pipe..it dont much help if u increase the pilot jet..mine had experiment it myself..i reset the pilot to stock..#20.0
if u increase it..the 1st to 2nd gear is much not smooth as before..coz the fuel entering the block is greater than stock...am i right???correct if im wrong..peace..
