I'm hoping that some of you guys experienced this so you can help me out.
A friend bought a 57mm vixion kit months ago. His block already reaches more than 2000km. Now the problem is he can hardly hit 130kph, which he easily does using his stock bore.
His Mc runs fast up to 120kph then stalled at 125 for about 10 seconds then slowly climbing up to 130kph.
He uses REXTOR cdi, CMS cam, VIXION v-spring, 28mm keihin.
We tried 14-42 sprocket combi, 3rd gear 130kph but when you shift to 4th gear it rolls back to 125kph.
The best sprocket combi we tried so far is 14-44 but still not satisfactory. It can hardly hit 130kph.
What might be the problem?
Tappet setting is good, carb setting is good.

not yet bro. im using stock gear.have you tried BRT dualband plus 15x42 or 14x41 combi for the sprocket bro? if you install 21t for the 4th.... the bike "won't" just reach 140kph... right papa jval15![]()
any inputs how to make it work sir? cause i'm now really in big dismay. my stock bore has more top end. waste of moneyinstalling vixion kit is not an instant that you can ride your mc to 140kph and above.![]()
where can i find TK spring?...use no block gasket?...how do you seal the gap?For rider wanna upgrade to vixion block kit, just use original vision block kit + vixion cam + TK valve spring + proper porting head + no use block gasket. Then the carb just do some porting to the carby + change the jetting. Sprocket will be 15-37. Other than that is just remain stock. That's I think u bike is ready to reach 170 km/h. When my bike using formula above, my bike is reach 175km/h. I,m 95kg fat guy. Try it.
how much ur friend weight?...maybe there's something wrong with the kit installation such as insuffcient torque on the head block bolts or something, or piston ring not properly installed as they should be crossed marking during installation?...the intake manifold not suitable?...wrong crank marking?...defective CDI or valve spring?...I'm hoping that some of you guys experienced this so you can help me out.

I've done this many times sir and I believe everything is in right position as being told as plug and playhow much ur friend weight?...maybe there's something wrong with the kit installation such as insuffcient torque on the head block bolts or something, or piston ring not properly installed as they should be crossed marking during installation?...the intake manifold not suitable?...wrong crank marking?...defective CDI or valve spring?...
my stock bore can go 150-160km. why do i then needed to change a mechanic? have you even tried using vixion block?very impossible... i can reach 130 - 140kph stock bore,28mm keihin carb, faito advance lowcam, pitzbike cdi, stock stroke, stock crank, stock gear...
better change a mech...
Sir i think you have some problem with your carburator settings, stalling at that speed, most of the time is due to improper air fuel mixture..I'm hoping that some of you guys experienced this so you can help me out.

then how come the faito 60mm block just work out fine sir?Sir i think you have some problem with your carburator settings, stalling at that speed, most of the time is due to improper air fuel mixture..
Due to the fact that you changed your block and will surely increase your CR (compression ratio),that will generate more heat at the combustion chamber that needs a/f mixture correction...
you also need to lower your 4th gear ratio to sustain the resistance of 130kph and above...more power sir..
well its different block sir...have you check the CR? or the compression pressure every time you change something like block, chamber volume and cams?Different blocks have different height thats why we always check the deck height especially to maximize tha squish band..cams also affects the compression pressure..then how come the faito 60mm block just work out fine sir?
then i guess vixion is not a plug and play after all... but a waste of resources... are you using vixion block sir? do you have some videos to prove allyour theories of checking checking?well its different block sir...have you check the CR? or the compression pressure every time you change something like block, chamber volume and cams?Different blocks have different height thats why we always check the deck height especially to maximize tha squish band..cams also affects the compression pressure..
Yes sir i used vixion blocks.then i guess vixion is not a plug and play after all... but a waste of resources... are you using vixion block sir? do you have some videos to prove allyour theories of checking checking?
i am very familliar with vixion block... you got a very fast stock sniper... 150 - 160kph... with my sniper i can only top it along 130 - 140 without docking at all... and my weight is 96 kilos...my stock bore can go 150-160km. why do i then needed to change a mechanic? have you even tried using vixion block?
