After 110kph is it full throttle what is the sound of the engin...

Its full throttle 4th gear is having a hard time pulling the bike. 3rd gear goes up to 110kph going to 4th gear it slows down a bit then maintains at 110kph. 4th gear engine is not yet screaming. I would expect because they say it has to be changed to 21teeth. Got a faito 21teeth but im hesitating if it can hold for everyday use.
