based on my experience, 1st thing is mark the bolts head where the side holes are located u can grinder to mark, bcuz when u blot it inn u must face the side hole of the bolt to the side hole of the hose, place the brake fluid container high enough in relation to the cylinder pump so the brake fluid can travel easier to the pump its best to first pump the break lever while ur 2 fingers are holding the holes in the hose til the hose fills up with liquid & u can feel the pressure in ur fingers, then screw inn the hose to the bolt into the caliper, make sure that the bolt hole is facing the hose hole to ensure proper pressure, otherwise ur breaks will not work, then pump the break lever til u feel the stiffness, hold down the break lever & unscrew & tight fast the bleeding screw located at the caliper, ussually u can use a No 8 wrench, when u open the screw u will feel the brake lever release the brake fluid, then pump the break lever again til it stiff, repeat the process til all air locked inside the breaking system is out ( i did it 5 times), you can notice that the break becomes stiffer. btw so u dont spill the brake fluid plug a hose into the bleeding screw I usually use the fishtank stransparent hose, there u can also see the fluid+ air going out, have fun doing it ...

paps maybe ur disk break hub is not alligned correctly in relation to the mags, use a ruler & make sure all side around the mags are the same measurement, then when installing make sure ur diskbrake is touching the left pads (no pump side) so all the preasure from the right pads(pump side) will squize the pad towards the disk & towards the left pad.. hope that helps

is this bnew.? if not maybe the rotor disk is all misaligned or u got a floating disk.
and for the bnew one just try to use it all the time even if at low speeds..

if you are using stock hose u can also use 2 pairs of vice grip! u clip the hose nearest to the pump then as your brake stiffns clip again the hos with the other vie grip a liitle bit farther from the first vice grip going towards the brake until it reaches the caliper.... make sure to fill up the caliper, the pump first with brake fluid before u tighten it at the start of the bleeding process. use also small injection while bleeding to inject brake fluid into the drain hole of the cup where the fluid is initially puored! 5 mins your done with the bleeding process heehehehe

if your brake assy is new takes time to get the braking power of your brakes... the break pads needs to be brake in also.. i suggest your ride your motorcycle and try to brake it as often as you like hehehehehe( it worked for me i'm not sure if it will work for you but there's no harm in trying hehee:D)

* note: be careful of the brake fluid since it can destroy the paint of your mc plus it can cause burnig sensation into your hands... make sure there is available mixture of soap and water to dip your hand in case you accidentally poured it into your hands!

ENJOY! have somebody to help you:D

3 to 5 min way

to remove air on to the brake system or what we call bleeding is just open the brake fluid reservoir and apply pressure on the master pump and dont let go the pressure on the brake master open the bleeding screw slowly to let out the pressure close the bleeding screw and release the pressure on the brake master do this 3 - 5 time until there is no more bubbles coming out of the system.

1 minute my way of bleeding youl just need a tool.

1 plastic bottle soft body the one that you can see on the jollibee of fast food the one with pointed cap much better the bottle is clear also 12 inch of hose which could fit onto the bleeding screw.

first just open the master reservoir connect the hose onto the bleeding screw the other end of the hose connect onto the plastic bottle but squeeze the bottle first before connecting the hose now apply pressure on the brake master pump and release the bleeding screw as you can see the bubbles are coming out the bleeding screw and after there is no more bubbles you may close the bleeding screw and release the pressure on the master brake pump and close the master reservoir that's it.

this thread is dead, but an informative one.,.. sad to say no one here show pics, just stories.... :( fill it up.. boyss!!
totally agree on this one wit you bro vhadz... need more info n input on this subject..

i've bought the yteq rear brake disc 2 piston caliper conversion kit complete with rims example below.. but failed miserably :( with pumping the brake fluid and bleeding to get the air out technique.. its been sitting in the garage and dusting away for a few month already.. gonna give it another try soon with reverse bleeding...
