is there any one having problem with yamaha 6000k or 1year warranty????

i have a bnew sniper r edition purchased last march 2010. after 7mos i have this problem my temp gauge is blinking and it suggest that the bike is having an electrical prob referring to the manual.also when that blinking happened the bike loses power seems like it is starving in fuel.. so i got it check at yamaha yzone in ortigas but when i came to them the blinking stopped. so they told me to take a vid of it when it happen again,, that again dont come too long when i was going home that same day it happened again......
so i took a vid of the blinking prob... and get back to yzone the next morning. i think i was to early they are close at the time i got there... so i wait till there open...first thing i show them the video and they make a theory that my tps is broken and they said that i will have to leave my bike for further testing.... so i go home and come back at 5pm same day. when i was looking for my bike the mechanic told me that sir what is the problem of your bike... WHAT????? why would you ask me that question i said.. you should provide the answer for that.... i leave you my bike so you can test it.. do you test it? ii got the video here look at it and you will see my problem i said... he said sir it is your tps it is broken.... so what will you suggest.... replace the tps he said.....
here goes my warranty..... so told him that my bike is still in warranty so they can replace it under warranty.... he told me that they only honor warranty upto 500k only.... why 500k the warranty book says 6000k to 1year witch comes first.. he told me that my tps got broken due to wrong maintenance and use... he even told me that the way of me washing the bike is wrong. how can you tell that i'm washing my bike the wrong way? so i ask him how to wash a bike the rite way it is in the manual daw..it is wrong to wet your bike when your washing it....what???? how can you wash without geting it wet??? next he pointed the wrong maitenance....i keep my head cool but i'm boiling inside.... good thing i bring my file book. so i show him the service record of my bike. all my bike servicing i done by them.... 500,1000,2000k all yamaha yzone.....

here comes the super visor now he told me to contact my dealer first....okey.. ill go to my dealer first..after a week i bring it to my dealer at san pedro laguna yamaha 3s... so they told me to bring my bike to yamaha yzone for the replacement of the tps... okey i told my dealer that plis inform them that iwill be going there so i dont waste time.. because im working too. so after confirming my apointment.. i bring it to them again that mechanic and the supervisor.... this time they will test my bike again. up to now i haven't here a word from them... keep calling yzone the whole day no answer... tom i guess ill take a leave of absence to visit my baby
