    135LC BETWEEN 125Z AND RXZ135

    Diverting back to the topic, which is on how to modify this 135LC to match 125z and rxz. Assuming this is street tune, bigger displacement is the way to go. Bigger valves with custom camshaft to suit the increase displacement. Highest engine compression ratio possible on your local gas pump.

    135LC BETWEEN 125Z AND RXZ135

    Maybe he based his opinion by using the following theory. Two-stroke engine, one power stroke for every engine revolution while four-stroke one power stroke for every two engine revolution. So, to match the power output of two-stroke bike, he doubled the four-stroke engine displacement. I...

    Engine Mod "squish band"

    What he mean by that is, the ignition timing is set too advance/early.

    Cooling fan

    I don't agree with the idea that is cooler is better. The thermostat will switch on and off the fan to maintain the engines temperature at the 'correct' operating temperature without overheating. Meaning that at 'correct' operating temperature, the engine produce maximum power by compromising...

    Engine Mod "squish band"

    High octane fuel have octane rating RON99 and above. Both the fuel you mention is the 'normal' fuel, used by majority road user.

    Engine Mod "squish band"

    CR Here we go again. Hawkey135 method is simply to increase engine compression ratio. The higher the CR, meaning that the fuel is compressed more, thus more power generated and cleaner emission (CR = volume of combustion chamber when piston at TDC divide by the volume at BDC). Another method...

    Fuel injection T135

    if singapore version have it, then we Malaysian can get the whole part needed to the conversion from carburettor to EFI from Johor. Should be interesting, can't wait to see how the Johors mechanic managed to do that.

    135LC 190kmh ++

    Yeah, but a friend of mine was able to hit 185km/h on his 135LC. But, his bike was stripped to frame, cylinder bored to accomodate 65mm piston with high compression ratio using mixture of alcohol and nitro. After we do the shake down, we stripped the engine and guess what? the conrod twisted. To...

    135LC 190kmh ++

    To do 190km/h on a moped bike would be suicide imho. And to achieve that kind of speed, serious modification would be needed. So i'm assuming that '190km/h' figure is more likely to be '160km/h' considering speedometer error. Care to share your bike setup?

    Engine dilemma.

    'Knock knock' sound and damaged piston? The only reason i can think of is detonation. I assumed, your bike engine spec is factory stock. Would you mind to share, what kind of fuel are you using?

    I've heard a rumors saying that the Malaysian version of 135LC, only the first batch are fast and has better quality while later batch using Taiwan parts and tune-down to meet JPJ requirement. Is it true? can anyone verify that claim? I do take this rumors seriously because this tune-down...
