i got a tuned vixion kit from haen today,,its indicates on box 67mm diamater and 0.5mm shaved block i guess ,, whats the displacement after installing this one? sorry im not familiar with the engine..

A souped up vixion kit like yours is still approx 149.85 cc bro.. as far as i Know.. and the 67mmm was not making reference to the Bore. (bore of 67mm and stock stroke will be an astounding 207cc wow! )

TDR's boreup kit is: (assuming figures are correct)
Bore: 60 x Stroke: 58.7 = approx 166.04 cc

120kph on 3rd gear with 15/39 sproket easy to reach
140kph on 4th gear(speed I can handle) from 3rd gear to 100 meter 140kph
but I prepared the 15/40 sproket, because I'm not on the top speed guy I want the accelaration quick and past.

Mod I add, replace cam with LHK stage 1, and 28mm koso carb, but before on that mod I have yypang valve spring, rextor cdi, yypang exhaust, and removed the compression release mechanism or something....

Its a friends kit bro.. break in modes. doesnt want to rush it but diff in power is noticeable he says, same speeds are easier for the engine to achieve.. and even on soft breakin, youll feel the diff in power.
