g'day! today i installed some foot clutch

insulator wrap and didnt reached to my desired lenght.mura lang kasi 10foot eh...

extended the clits of the lever..biulded up by aluminium welding and grinded it to shape...

this are the problems when your changing bigbike master cylinders and doesnt match to after market moped levers..
what will happen is you have to pump it 3x to have a bite and when you releas it and and try to squize the lever you have to pump it again 3x which is bullshit.. and gives you the shits and thinkin to pour petrol on your bike and burn it...
the solution is to extend the clit by 2mm to have preload on the cylinder piston...cause if theres no preload the fluid will return to the servo..thats why everytime you hit the brake you always pumpin.. and now my front brakes are so sweet!..

i think your previous master cylinder have difficulty pumping 2 four piston calipers..
as i have seen in the pics it was only aftermarket ub master cylinder..

you should have tried to use big bike masters..

before heading home i orderd cylinder for double caliper in vistoria because i kno the situation buti nalang naabutan ko pa sa post office.. yong mga pasalubong di dumating..

this was the master cylinder was installed before... they said its from the ducati 988's thats why its very xpensive... :lol: :lol: :lol:

and replaced it to the real one..

looks like i got to more of those here..(1st pic)
works well with single piston caliper only.

pero currently using crg..
adjustment of the lever from stock (3)
crg (1)

have you finished the wirings of the digi gauge?
what do you intend to do with the head cowlings?

thats nice... but i wont spend money for now...
wiring not yet... knocked off early today... phone calls and wife sometimes delays my sched of work... maybe ill do it not tom but the day after if no abstractions...
ill still use the head cowling but without the stock speedo ofcourse.
and its gonna be like just a windshield...
at the top bit if i can find a clear or light smoked plastic that can be heat treated and shaped to a desired form and that would be nice..
so i can still use the spare spce for aditional digital bullshits and its underneath the plastic..

inverted gaz-i lang yan bro.. we just just took some boot for the orher side for the caliper bracket.
