stock carb specs

- Main air jet (M.A.J) ø12
- Jet needle (J.N) 5 K010

my question is, what is the step in rejetting.
should we change the Main Jet first, then Needle Jet , then Pilot Jet ?[/quote]
Sir, you don't have to change the needle... Changing the main jet and the pilot does the job, if you're into getting the best performance of your carb... The misfires and leaning sound you get from engine is because the stock intake ports are way too big to get the optimum performance, that's why most racers, or all mechanics and racers, I should say, are having issues in getting the bike's combustion chamber retaliate immediately when gas hits the intake. Not to mention that the TPS functionality gets in the way when being full throttled... If I'm to share one good secret, that would be removing the terminal adapter of the TPS from the carb's TPS port... Trust me it works, it's just that you might feel a little uncomfortable when the faulty wiring diagnostics kicks in because everytime a single wire port is removed, the faulty dianostic sensor reacts... Getting the best performance of your engine is not simply buying those ever popular brands... It's how you match the parts and devices used... Qouting Stroker's reply or sort of from my PM, he said that not because you have the top of the line performance parts does not give you guarantee that you're bike will be the best in the drag business... According to my friand Lindsay (Who the hell is he? You might think...) it's a trial and error situation but of course you need to d o a lot of research opinions and options that you can get just to perfect the performance your machine... I'm willing to share some tips if you guys wanna PM or email me... To Justin, I might have been rude with my previous comments but trust me man I mean no harm or offense. I know you're good with what you do perhaps and I feel sorry if we had cross posts and a little argument about this... More power to you guys, you're the best...
Sincerely,
X Project
