hey everyone, i got a problem.
i got a brambo large front rotor. i've had it amost 1 month. before i got it, i had a kid on a bicycle hit me in the front right side of the wheel, i didn't think anything of it so i continued on my way. later after a day or so. i notices that the rotor was bent slightly. and i noticed a small chunck of metal missing out of the fork leg. then i remember the kid on the bike... hummm dumb ass he was, anyway, knowing that my rotor was slightly bent i go and buy a new brambo for 2,600Php after riding it for two days i noticed a strange sound, a tapping on the front wheel. as i'm roling i look at the front wheel, i see the new rotor is not rotating strait, it has a whabble, i go to the bike dealer, he looks and see's that the caliper is hitting the rotor and that is a bad thing, it's weaking the post that holds the pasd on the caliper. then i go to the dealer that i baught the rotor from. he just happens to have another on hand. we check it out before changing it, it's perfect. flat as can be. install it on the rim, and then spin the wheel. now it's worped. questing that is bothering me, could the hit from the kid on the bicycle damage the cast alloy rim that much to push in where a bolt is located for the rotor?? because the rim isn't worped????
this is bothering me so much, i just don't know what to do. any hints??
