if i were you ill barrow a rectifier to test if the charge will change if not so recti is fine other than that i do not know else...
if it is same like the stock one i gues its a good buy in my experience

no it will not overcharge ur battery, as long as u have a regulator working normal the battery will not overcharge even u disconnect the yellow wire from the regulator coz the yellow wire is just for the bulbs, if u disconnect the yellow wire, the bulbs (parklight,tailight, panel) wont light up not unless u connect directly from the battery.
bro,tama ginawa mo,just like mine i stall relay on black wire,then if you turn on the head lamp its going to cut off the black line,its gooing to fast charge up to 15volts
