kawahara cam s1/ vixion valve spring, share your experience

Hello everybody,

I POST THIS IN BOTH KAWAHARA THREAD JUST TO GATHER ALL INFO PLZ IGNORE IF YOU HAVE REPLY THIS, SORRY FOR THE INCONVINION

I just installed

kawahara k1 cam
cms valve spring
racing gear 1,2,4

the setting i use are

in= 0.10
ex =0.15

and also i need to do valve pocket at the piston, becoz after my mechanic check it, he said in high rpm it might hit the piston, and the others is still standard including the sporket.

SO THE RESULT

It produce sort of nocking sound at the head, there is no power or pickup from gear 1,2,3 and 4. at gear 1 the timing seem not stable gear 2,3 and 4 is ok but still no power, its worse than my standard machine. at gear 4 when it at mid rpm the timing is not even or stable, i need to drop to gear 3 to make it better.

I thing its the standard carb setting, but my mechanic said its because of the low compression due to standard piston and block size and he advise to change to big block, i plan to check the plug to see how it goes. I really confuse for what had happend and really need your help guyssss...

sensya na ha, trusted mechanic ba yan pag dating sa yamaha sniper?
or try mo kayang mag tanong sa ibang mechanic
kasi ang alam ko ang valve pocket para sa mga nag bore up na

pa ot po...sa motor ko kase, walang tik tik sound pag malamig ang makina,.
pero pag ginamit mo na..may tik tik sound na..

naka cams, vixion valve springs na sya..

Normal lang po na parang may nagmamakinilya sa engine pag naka cams lalo na pag nag-init na. Ganito din sa akin. may valve pockets din ang piston ko para safe na hindi uuntog ang valves sa piston. Sabi po ng mekaniko ko mas hihina ang tunog makinilya kapag ma mababa ang valve clearance, di ko lang sigurado if mag-agree ang mga master dito sa forum.
