If the sound follows especially when you rev it, that the nature of T135.
I might call it as a born defect. But it has nothing to do with its performance.

try to replace the stock spark with the Denso Iridium Racing IU01-24.
can you described the knocking sound?
THe knocking sound will sound EXACTLY like these:
if you shake a can of spray paint. thats exactly what knocking sounds like.
if you hear small tik tik tik sound, thats might be a valve adjustment settings
and its normal for odometers 6000 or below..
if your odometer is more than 6000, its time to have valve adjusted
by yamaha mechanics, its in your owners manual maintenance.

try to change your pipe with a loud one. you will not hear the knocking sound anymore. problem solved.

where it come on engine comp? right side,left side? listen where it come

possible,con rod sometime not fit right on crankshaft.on micrometer.

is it possible to have timing chain to produce a sound?
i have this problem after several engine mods...
if on cold start, tiktiktik sounds loud on idle
but on warm engine it will sound less tiktiktik..
increase RPM the tiktiktik sounds disappear
also knocking should have consistent sound right?
i mean the time between the tik sound should be equal right?
ex. (equal time between tik sound)
tik <....>tik <....>tik <....>tik <....>
but my tik sound is
tik <....>tik <...........>tik <.......>tik <....>

how about record the tik tik in .mp3 format? maybe we could help with our experience.
But in my oppinion,if the sound not effecting on run,then i dont care about the sound.

heres my question to you gurus.

will it also have noise in high rpm?
2. this sounds appears "3 DAYS" after i removed 1mm from my 135cc block. will this be the cause of detonation or knocking?
the tick sound is gone in 3000and above rpm...
What worries me is....
my bikes credibility is tarnished due to that sound. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

1.maybe yes,but it cover with wind sound and we could hear.
2.on same fuel octane,maybe yes knocking.
This sound matter is quite confuse us,and its not easy to locate where it come from.
