backfire is gone but now i observed that its some what like the engine is hesitant to go faster, this i think is cause by the stock carb....some times after accelerating hard then release the throttle my muffler goes like plok plok plok sound he he he...yes its still quick and fast but i feel something is holding it back...will go for a 30mm soon....will update you soon

28mm will work perfectly for 62mm. You just need proper jetting combination.

Tnx for your inputs sir...by the way I just installed my 28mm OKO flatslide Carb yesterday I must say that it really feels great!! The acceleration and responce is superb....all the problems I'm experiencing on stock carb are gone....a bigger carb is really mandatory with a bigger block....Thanks

I have a question to all masters here...why is that when i released the throttle from accelerating i noticed a backfire (only one backfire), what is the cause of this backfire?? My stock carb?? Also i noticed an increased in vibration but slowly decreases as my break-in goes on is this normal??? TIA
its lean on fuel bro... try upgrade to 28mm carby & carb weaking...

backfiring means LEAN.., if your AIS is closed already. Change ur carburetor to 28mm or 30mm. I bought also from bro emcid. My carb is 28mm but is leaning.... my topspeed is 170kmh+ at final gear 15x36. Still stock head., rough ported. My jets is 140mj and 38pj. 38 kilometer per liter at average speed of 140kmh. I need to change my carb to 30mm soon.,no plan to change my stock head. Raider 150cc is 62mm block and 22/19 bighead..,did u noticed that they are speed bagal???????????????........ LOW COMP cla. I think it is not advisable to use bigvalve head in 62mm bore up kit.
My own idea only as per mr emcid advise........

question sir, do we need to squish band the block? or leave it what it is?

thanks..
if you are sure of what you are doing to your engine then squish it, but if not leave it;)

if you are going to race your engine then squish it but be careful, some of my frnds done this and made there engine KABOOM:D

for touring engine, just leave it for safer use and to promote its durability:thumbsup:

Having a 62mm bore will increase the vibration od our bike.bro... i suggest for u to change to racing carb... im sure ull.be more satisfied.. :) may i ask.. is d piston forged?..
bro even if you change racing carb still you can feel the vibration..just like mine i'm using 62mm bore, 28 uma racing carb, kitti rcdi, cms cams, cms valve spring and lhk clutch spring..
