Sir, I just a newby in this group, would like to ask sir some suggestion to you regarding my smx. I bought yoshimura pipe it good in acceleration but my top wasn't fast enough. Sir what would be the good sprocket combi for stock engine with open pipe? Thank you

Try to read older post..a stock smx cnt reach 140 or 130
its bcoz our cdi has limiter..average top speed for all stock sniper is 120 kph..just read older post and you will find out that most everything you want to know is already posted.

14-42 combi ratio is 3.. this combi is more on acceleration I think..
my 15-44 combi ratio is 2.93..
14-39 stock combi ratio is 2.78..
planning to change to 15-42 combi ratio of 2.8..:rolleyes: I would like to feel the difference..;)

Guys didn't you have any problem in the handling of your bike? Haven't you feel any wobble on your bike? Even it's tires are not flat and in right air pressure, it seems your tires are flat..

yeah.. i also experience that, but i ignore it.. i think maybe it's because the rear tire size. however i don't have any problem with it..

Thank you for the reply.. so it's about tire size? Did you change your rear tire already? I'm very sensitive in bikes performance specifically on the road stability or safety.. I asked this because I've been using different bikes before (XRM, Wave 125 S, Shogun Pro, Raider 125 and Mio Sporty) and I didn't feel this in them.. I'm already confused ever since I had my bikes, I already changed front tires, front wheel bearing and repack my front suspension, and yet I still felt the wobble (Very slight but very annoying specially on roads that are slightly rough)..
