To all of you who wants to know what sprocket combinations to use for your T135, I have done a little research and after constant modifying and spending and taking hell from my wife, I have found these combinations:

Sprocket combinations for faster accelaration (top speed will suffer):

1) 13 - 36 = 2.76 Fastest accelation combination
2) 14 - 36 = 2.57 Acceleration is still fast but with an added speed
3) 15 - 36 = 2.40 Fastest possible combination for fast accelaration

Average accelaration and top speed:

1) 13 - 35 = 2.69 Good accelaration, acceptable top speed
2) 14 - 35 = 2.50 Equal accelaration and top speed
3) 15 - 35 = 2.33 Better top speed

Top speed combination (Accelaration will suffer):

1) 13 - 34 = 2.61 Fast
2) 14 - 34 = 2.42 Faster
3) 15 - 34 = 2.26 Fastest

Front Sprocket/Rear sprocket = The smaller value the faster speed and vise versa.

So you can reduce from the stock rear 39T to a smaller sprocket in order to reach your desired top speeds, but remember, these combinations will affect alot of quick acceleration, good luck!

That's good, doing some experiements eh. I would suggest to play with the rear if possible. Reducing the front will increase the load on each teeth and will eventually break due to fatigue ( in about 100 years or so - just kidding)

My own personal idea would be is to have the front sprocket at 15T and the rear at 35T. I haven't had the time to do this yet but I hope I could this weekend.

I have a LOONG weekend because I got to go to Bangkok for business (no mods shopping :( ) and hopefully have time to replace the rear sprocket with a 35T...good idea?

follow motoGP mechanic, they didn`t change sprocket but they totally change gear ratio..i love too and still in progress to calculate suitable ratio for LC

BARUA, gear ratios changes automatically when changing sprocket combinations. Last weekend I tried Front 14T Rear 34T and here are the calculations:

1st: 0-60kms/hr

2nd: 60-90kms/hr

3rd: 90-125kms/hr

4th: 125-95kms/hr ????

For some reason, the final gear would just die, even at flat out. I don't know why. I tried getting a rear 45T installed but the mechanic told me that 45T wouldn't be compatible with the front sprocket and that I would need a bigger sprocket like a 16T but it won't fit in the comparment.

Now I've got the rear on 38T and the front 14T with an oversixed silent chain. It's running ok but I NEED SPEED!
CDI! CDI! CDI!

DBS! DBS! DBS!

Mio the crowd has spoken!

You know Glow, when I first installed the DBS on the Mio but without any tuning, that thing would run so damn fast but would backfire everytime when accelerating and slowing down, but there was no BOOM sound, but just flames popping out regularly from the exhaust :D

So cool! But I was affraid that it would mess up the engine so got it tuned and silenced the boom sound because Thai road law restricts the loud exhausts on regular bikes.

i mean change all spec ratio for the gear inside engine,1st gear to final gear..that i mean follow motoGP mechanic, this the only way we can increase our top speed very well ,to make bike faster accelerate very easy but it hard to find top speed with smooth movement 8) ..

Sounds good. For now I have a final setup of rear 38 and front 14, which is quite good now, decent accel and a decent speed.

Nothing MotoGP though but will get there in the future :)

Anybody here love to speed?

i prefer stock sprocket.but i will change it when i find the right combination.i think 38-14 is good also.

I would like to get a front 16T installed, but it looks impossible since I need a powerful chain to withstand all the wheelies and rear preload landing pressure from stoppies, not forgetting the unlimited burnouts I do. I already been through 2 sets of rear tires in the last 2 months!

its refering to the small chain that turns ur cam
yup.thats right plz dun use timing chain on your chain.Hehehe

if u wanna race go change to small n lighter chain but dont use timeng chain to your chain.
