Excellent. That means the perfect setup for some people might be 1 number up, meaning: 16/40. Me being fat I dunno if its a good setup :D hehehehe.

yes,it scratching sum of the engine body..
but its not effect to the body but the chain..
its getting dry n skinny..huhu~
see the pic that mio posted..then i prefer to change it to my old setup..14/36 n now im using 15/36..
but my bikes still got sumthing wrong..
juz after im service my carb..my bike cant even set to 160..
before this prob happen,
i still can maintain to 140 n my last top is 160..

wah, 15/36 that is to low bro..hehe my 2 cents...

herm...don't service your carburetor if they don't have problems....this engine needs time to readjust from a new setup to another...believe me if you use too low sprocket setup, the engine will react differently...the feeling its really bad (loss power)....try to use 14/36 or 15/39 back to recover it...

i experienced the same situation when im trying to find the best sprocket setup for my bike.....caution, don't use to small sprocket...

yes of course...

do you know or not, our final drive ratios 15/39 = 2.600

now you are using 15/36 = 2.400 <-- its too low

if your engine its still original setup, maintain the ratios 2.500 an above

i also wanna try 16/42 but then....after seeing arechin picture...i think better not....i dont want my engine case to blow...ahaks...

arechin...save your money....dont always change sprocket, this machine needs time to absorb the new setup....everytime u swap sprocket...give the machine time to understand... 3-7 days will be great....

as i said, if your bike is oem setup, use 15/39 or 14/36 dont go lower... my 2 cents...

sprocket will not give you alot of power.....carb settings, cams, pistons, exhaust thats are the things that you really have to concentrate if you want extreme power...

but anywayz, heres somethin to take note off:

Those who have big tyres who plan to go back to stock, its a terrible idea, too much load on the engine! If you've got a bigger rear, it helps alot. I went back to stock today and top speed was terrible! Only 120km/hr!!

Go back to stock means takin ur tyre size down a notch or two.
