oo ic, haha, i wanted to use that combination but i scare my bike don't have enought power o. u modified ur bike a lot, hehe, 60mm blocck some more. WOW!

Well, my engine's fully stock, i'm using lc 3rd version, top speed 150 only without tunduk. but sometimes only can go 140 and cant go up d. dunno y. so u think i can use 15-37? scare ltr top speed same nie and pickup decrease. :p

if fully stock better juz stick to stock sprockets, dun torture ur engine, haha... wanna get power then cabut(remove) ur whole air box n set ur bike oni play around wif ur sprockets... try 15-38... should b able to go 140(actual speed, not t135 'kuku' odo)... tats wat i achieved last time, my best wif stock specs

Oo. Hahax. Ic. Thanks. :p My friend modify his ex5 to 107cc pickup and top speed same as me d. Perli me nie. Hehe. Cant tahan him.

Oo.. Remove air filter and put the mushroom one my bike ma will noisy? Hehex. Ok. stick to wat u say. What if i change front tire to 60/90 and put front tire (70/90) in rear?

no need air filter at all, juz leave it empty when u wanna test bike, gives more power... but do use iar filter if u travel in dusty roads very often... if u really going 4 drag then put 60/90 70/90 on alloy 16" rims... tat'll definitely speed ur bike up

dear fren... sorry just to ask simple question..

wat the different chain 415 and 428, is it in term the wide of chain?

the gap between the 'holes' of the chain... hope u get wat i mean
ooooo... the differ is gap between holes.. more question (sorry aaa.. coz newbie, need to learn a lots  )

so wat the effect to our bike performance? in term of power, chain lasting or anything else... actually need to know the effect from technical view.. thanks a lot..

Ooo. ic. Hahax. We always ride on highway only. Thx for telling.
Ooo.. i wanna ask, which chain is better? the 415 or the original 428 in terms of performance? I've read that many people in the forum saying the 415 makes less noise than the 428, but if change need to modify anything?

get the whole set of sprockets n chain if u wanna change the chain, save the money coz its cheaper getting it in a set... 415 makes less noise n gives more pick up s it is tighter... but u'll have 2 adjust ur chain very frequently s it gets loose very fast

I need to change mine, but the problem is i can't find the three piece set with the 415 chain. I can get the 428. but not the 415.
I want to get the stock front, but i want a 42t rear sprocket with a roller type or x type gold 415 chain. but i just can't find it here in PI. At least, not here in Angeles City

differ between 428 and 415 isn't linkage (pitch) size....
but chain (roller) width, diameter...

and make sure you choose 415H...
not to choone only 415 bcoz it has a lower tension strength

Front teeth | Rear teeth= Gear Ratio

16 39 = 2.44
13 32 = 2.46
15 37 = 2.47
14 35 = 2.5
16 40 = 2.5
15 38 = 2.53
13 33 = 2.54
16 41 = 2.56
14 36 = 2.57

15 39 = 2.6 Stock gear ratio
13 34 = 2.62
16 42 = 2.63
14 37 = 2.64
15 40 = 2.67
16 43 = 2.69
13 35 = 2.69
14 38 = 2.71
15 41 = 2.73
16 44 = 2.75
13 36 = 2.77
14 39 = 2.79
15 42 = 2.8
16 45 = 2.81
13 37 = 2.85
14 40 = 2.86

so if you want more top speed than stock settings
use 14t front and 36t rear
or 16t front and 41t rear

if you want more acceleration
use 13t front and 34t rear
or 16t front and 42t rear

BIGGER TIRES (100/80 and up): use color red
SMALLER TIRES (80/80 and below): use color green

BUT, what if you have big tires and you want more top speed?? then do you go with the green set of ratio's or the red?

Because i was thinking of getting the 15 - 42, with the 415 chain, but i have big tires on my bike. I just don't really understand what is best for my needs, my accelerations right now is great, i just want more top speed.

bro since you have good acceleration now and needs more top speed.
go with the next lower gear ratio from your current setting.

15 42 = 2.8 gear ratio

so choose a lower gear ratio than 2.8

mine i have 100/80 rear tire and use 16 42 = 2.63 and i love it!!!!

experiment bro :)

I know i should experiment, i just don't have the cash to keep changing things.
I don't think you understood me, I still have stock setting, but i got the 90/80 front wheel and 100/80 rear wheel, but my top is between 110 and 120klm, I want to push more out of it still in stock engine and exhaust. thats why i was asking whats best for the bigger tire for top speed,

So if i go with the 15-40 or 41 i will be ok?

@chat
for me 15 42 is way too low speed.
but it really depends on the mods you made to your sniper.

heres my analogy relates to bicycle on gear ratio

stock 15 39 = 2.6 gear ratio
you need to pedal 2.6turns to complete 1 full turn of your tire.

15 42 = 2.8 gear ratio
you need to pedal 2.8 turns to complete 1 ful turn of your tire.

instead of going directly to 2.8turns
why not of use sprocket combination next higher to 2.6turns
(from the table)

15 39 = 2.6
13 34 = 2.62
16 42 = 2.63
14 37 = 2.64
15 40 = 2.67
16 43 = 2.69
13 35 = 2.69
14 38 = 2.71
15 41 = 2.73
16 44 = 2.75
13 36 = 2.77
14 39 = 2.79
15 42 = 2.8

based from above the next possible to stock 15 39 = 2.6 gear ratio
is 16 42 = 2.63
why im bypassing 13 34 and directly to 16 42 ?
because 13 34 when installed to your t135, the chain
will rub the chainguide and swingarm...
the chain is not directly straight line with front sprocket and rear sprocket.
thus will destroy your chainguide faster.

so i advise when using bigger tire 100/80
try 16 42, then try 15 40, then 16 43 and so on...

then see which one works best for you.

right now i use 16 42, but since i feel my sniper has more power now
than stock engine due to some mods. Im trying to use 16 41=2.56
thats highspeed next to stock 2.6,

@goff
i still use the same chain 428.
but since my stock chain wearout already and need replacement
i use 428H (used by suzuki raider 150)

sorry i dont have experience using 420 chain

Brothers.........if my weight is around 54kg..what is the ideal sprocket size? My kind of riding is always around 80 to 90 km/ph...cruising
