Doubt on changing vlave spring can increase speed?

Hi all ,
read thru this forum, I am thinking to change the stock valve spring to apido or what ever after market valve spring too.But my foreman told me only 50-50% will help to speed up the motorbike.
For those who had change the valve spring only to racing valve spring ,please tell me does it really help to increase the motobike topspeed ?
My current setup for model 2010 Yamaha LC135 (T135).
(1) Rextor adj. cdi
(2) protec ultimate air filter
(3) NOB1 SSS exhaust
(4) setting air/fuel mixture (stock carb.) air 1-1/4 .
topspeed - 130KMH.
Please guide me, thanks.

tnx sir. i already have vixion valve springs, bought from sir traxxas, i didnt installed them yet because i still dont have r.cams. i'm planning to buy kawahara stage1,, but my budget will arrive in two months..

the valve Spring from vixxion is a standart part from yamaha and equipe the YZF R125 too .
