you mentioned na its better to remove the kickstart assembly.
now since i want to have my kickstart still onboard but i
also want to have a much high performance engine.
i guess its ok to shaveoff the kickstart gear, meaning
i will reduce the thickness of the kickstart gear to
lighten it thus reducing the weight,
maybe as thick as the rear sprocket.
what do you think? possible?

bro i think ill be having lots of trouble using my bike kung tatanggalin ko ung kick start, after last race kc naputol ung tatlong bolt sa likod ng flywheel, ung sa starter clutch, hehehehe nasira starter clutch tas ang half ng bolt andun parin sa plywheel, i never bothered removing it since kick start ako ngayo, now kung tatanggalin ko po ung kick start mahihirapan na ako mag motor kung mag isa, PUSH START nalang????

@ sir traxxas..sa tingin ko much better if you will totally remove the kick gear and kick shaft..kasi po kita nmn sa video na yun 1st gear nka "MESH" sa kick gear. "MAKAKAGAAN po sa rolling mass ng whole gear box operation ang pag remove ng kick gear.
@2b1ask1 sir makunat po talaga ang throttle operation ng sniper kasi nga dhil sa cable at isa pa pag nka sagad ng adjust yun sa "ACCELERATOR PUMP"..
Isa pa po mganda mod na na try ko is yun tinatawag d2 sa t135 na squish band.... sa akin po "zero" gasket between the block and cylinder head and "zero" gasket between block and crankcase.. 3bond lang po no need to shave the block.ito po ay isang "SAFE MOD"
hndi na kayo mahirapan mag start kahit "JUMP START N LNG"
*no kick but w/ elec. start= push start
*No kick no elec start= jump start na lng...

sa mga gsto mag remove ng balancer kelangan nka racing cdi po kyo ksi tataas ang rpm dahil nga gagaan ang spinning mass ng crankshaft.
pag tinanggal nyo po yan at using your stock CDI sungaw po ang kalalabasan... walang torque
*Stock CDI ng sniper rev limit is only 8500 rpm! compared w/
*Crypton Z and X1 10,000 rpm! totoo po e2..
mas mganda po lighten na lang yun balancer kng everyday use..
*kung short track like boomland and carmona removed balancer.
* and b4 i forget use fully synthetic oil like elf campione or motul 300V

diba sir ang nakalagay na stock is 10,9,10,9,10,9,11,12,13
tapos ang modz is 10,9,10,9,10,9,11 (etong number 11 papalitan ng no. 10) tapos tatanggalin yung 12 and 13 dahil dalawang bakal lang to na nagkikiskisan tama po ba?
yung stock na nakalagay parang pag shift mo ng 2 biglang bitaw ng clutch parang unti unting umaangat kungbaga parang nakaclutch ka parin kahit bitaw na yung clutch :roll:
