msian distributor (Hong Leong Yamaha) do some modification on speedometer or speedometer gear...
that's why the bike easy to reach 175-180km/h...
traxxas...
yup..
stock tire..
F -70/90 Vee Rubber
R - 80/90 Vee Rubber
as stroker is saying, why did Hong leong modified speedo gear?
so does that mean all T135 in malaysia have this speedos modified,
and yamaha allowed it?
arent you guys complain about it? because its misleading...
[quote="Frozen Fire":2ijhkxg4]Well, this thread is made to post every top speed that you got, and don't forget to write down on what speed you changed your gear. First from me :
1st : 0-40 kmph
2nd : 40-70 kmph
3rd : 70-110 kmph
4th : 110kmph--- well I'm afraid to go any faster... you know how crowded and how bad Indonesian road![]()
here mine..hi guys!i live in greece with all the high temperatures and stuff..so i use a 20w-50 oil(castrol).my odometer now is showing nearly 6700 km.after having changed oil for the second time i was able to reach 140 km/h,full throttle of course, carrying also a second person..this happened riding downhill and in a straight line.my T135 is called crypton x(probably the european version)so here it is:1st-45km/h,2nd-70km/h,3rd-100km/h,4th-140km/h.i think its pretty cool for a motorcycle as this!i havent changed anything at all..my bike is standard.i believe that having the regularly scheduled services done in time will keep your bike in an excellent condition for many years.really proud riding a yamaha bike,i salute you all!!drive carefully!!stroker said:Singapore fellas are getting between 120kph to a max of 140kph out of a stocker. Those with racing CDIs have recorded in excess of 160kph.
The bikes there too have a +10kph reading.
Cheers
