ohh.. ic. Thanks for your info
Actually I came out with a spreadsheet based on traxass's max speed on each gear before the rev limiter kicks in.
It seems like our bike can do about 9200rpm max. Since car has about 6000rpm and engine break-in should be below 3000rpm, I set my bike to run around 4500rpm for the first 150km. I increase about 500rpm every 150km until 5500rpm (max torque region). I think from 450km - 1000km onwards my max speed for each gear would be:
1st : 25kph (5500rpm)
2nd : 45kph (5500rpm)
3rd : 65kph (5500rpm)
4th : 80kph (5000rpm)
I am not sure if my theory is correct, because from online resources, an engine has the best efficiency (perfect air and fuel mixture) around the max torque region, so i guess i won't accumulate too much carbon or unwanted particles in engine and exhaust during first 3000km.

Well, I dont really take the Yamaha Distri manager's word that much too, because he might want me to service the engine after 10,000km to earn my money, LOL
